I’ve used this app for quite a while, have always been content however recently, I noticed that if you cancel the order before delivery they were still charging for the items, even though you don’t receive the goods absolutely unacceptable

Fatal flaw easily fixed
I don’t know about your bank, but my bank won’t approve the transaction if the billing info doesn’t match. When I put in my home address, it insisted on using the one it has for me. But my post office truncates ‘Glen’ to ‘Gln’, don’t ask me why. All I know is that if the billing address doesn’t match, then the transaction doesn’t go through. So because 7-11 insists on using the address THEY have for me, I cannot use this app. Kinda stoopid
Doesn’t work
No other way to put it, the app doesn’t work. When you got to checkout you get a message that says “error” and your cart empties.

0/10 They don't have no way to contact skip cart and they dont care they make you figure it out yourself never order from them!!!! gave 1 star because i had to!!!
Canceled
More often than not your order gets canceled… i’ve used the app a few times. You’ll get lots of notifications saying your order is canceled and then it’s not. But sometimes it is. Not worth the cost…
Customer service is horrible
I signed up for a free trial of GoldPass. I didn’t find any deals I liked so I went about my day and had forgotten that I would be charged again in a month. I was charged the $6.95 and quickly contacted support. Now their policy is no refunds for GoldPass, which is a horrible policy considering I haven’t even placed an order in the app. I contacted support 3 days in a row with the answer that I would get an email after refund review is complete. I contacted support today, and was treated like I was dumb. Got textbook responses and no help. They should really change that policy and stop strong arming people for $6.95.
Absolutely terrible food and service
Waited nearly 45mins for cold gas station food. The food was, as expected from a gas station, not good. And the app is basically a scam. Adds for deals and coupons it won’t take and doesn’t have. Total waste of time and money and space on your phone.
If I could give this 0 stars I would.
7 Eleven driver never showed up. Store tells me they issued a refund. They never did. I call again several times and they tell me to contact the bank and dispute the charge. Bank “resolves” it 3 months later after multiple phone calls. I get less than 11% of my money back from the merchant (7/11). Bad delivery service, dishonest staff, NO refunds.
Lied about promo code
Saw an ad on fb for a goldnow50 promo code but wasn’t able to even apply it anywhere.
Depends on Where You Live
There can be thirty 7-Elevens near you but if you live next to the dirty one that’s always out of everything then that is what you’re stuck with for delivery. Honestly, I should be able to choose from a list of nearby stores like I can on GrubHub, and DoorDash, and Uber, and Postmates…
