## Favor Reviews in United States

### *---- "H‑E‑B Delivery Consistently Incorrect"
I have had the worst experiences with Favor. Especially with H‑E‑B grocery orders. Items are always missing or incorrect, and oftentimes by the time my orders have been delivered refrigerated items have melted/are at temperatures where I question the food safety because of lack of timeliness. I have reached out either directly to H‑E‑B (if ordered through H‑E‑B app) or to Favor when issues arise and am dissatisfied with the help I receive. I will not be ordering delivery through Favor in the future.
-- Lane Mil, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Download if you love incompetence"
Like most delivery apps, you’ll try it once before you realize the runners can’t accomplish simple tasks
-- lajtjrndmx, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Orders canceled"
Orders always get canceled. Not sure what’s going on with this service but my orders get canceled 75% of the time.
-- Gracyn Covert, 2024-12-30

### *---- "delivery time!"
the countdown clock is never accurate. as it takes 20-30+ minutes for a driver to accept order. THEN on top of the 30+ minute wait for a driver. the DELIVERY tracker stops counting when it deems necessary, to give the store and driver MORE time. all together i would say this delivery app DOES NOT care about customers time. seeming as it puts your order out with ZERO urgency. and it sends to drivers with the same amount of “urgency”. ive been waiting for OVER AN HOUR for 2 SMALL (1$ a piece) items that i ordered from a GAS STATION. i could have walked there and back by now and saved myself 15$ in delivery fees and tips.

### ***** "RUNNER SERVICE"
I know our Delivery Drivers couldn’t deliver if FAVOR/HEB & All the restaurants that provide service for meal’s & groceries. My brother is handicap and I so appreciate this very important service.
-- iPad !**, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
This app doesn’t even work for me anymore
-- dollabillwill, 2024-12-20

### **--- "Tipping at beginning of process - terrible"
Tipping before service - terrible! Defeats the entire purpose of tipping and erodes the fabric of society. This is the beginning of the end. Whatever problem it is solving is not worth the it and will impact how frequently I use favor.
-- sjdnfkajxxnc, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Unprofessional runners and poor support."
I'm not using this app anymore. Several bad experiences with runners and even when I report them and give them a poor rating I see them again. They set groceries in front of your door that opens out, making impossible to open your door. When I order a food it arrives cold, so it's not being transported in an insulated bag. And even when the directions say knock (my doorbell doesn't work) they don't knock and just leave my food on the welcome mat. Done with them. No more.
-- Jarjar me, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Potential fraudulent inducement, CAVEAT EMPTOR"
Caveat emptor, buyer beware; favor’s legal team too; because I, and likely many others, have been subject to huge increases in price after having already received our food. I already received and paid for my food and saw that my order increased in price by 48 percent, which is obscene. I would not have ordered the food I ordered had I known its “true price”. They probably think because the dollar amount is low that nothing will happen, but enough cases like this adds up to millions. Good luck to favor, but I’m done using them. This is all just my opinion, of course.

### ***** "When you just don’t want to drive"
Hawaiian Brothers is perfect for those days you don’t want to cook- veggies, chicken, rice, pasta! Yummy
