My previous rate was “For an App which is designed to help you with remote communication it is too inconsistent and not very reliable. Too many missed calls and dropped calls.” I must say over the past couple of months the app has definitely improved very much and I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next in 2024.

Administrative Manager

This is the review that I was originally going to post BEFORE the great texting debacle … “ Easy to use. Great at updating and notifying about maintenance ahead of time. It’s a great product that I would definitely recommend.” We have done everything to comply with this new and very sudden change, but for some reason, our campaign is still pending, and I cannot send out text messages which are essential to our business. Until this, this program has been great, but now it has made it so much harder to communicate with our clients, and that’s bad for business, bad for customer service.

Horrible

CEO of Company 1 on

United States

Just horrible service. Dropped calls, missed calls, phone lighting up with calls from hours ago. Phone call quality is slightly better than two cans connected by a string. Do not recommend this.

8x8 Trash

Mr. JM 1 on

United States

No caller ID on call ins. Every number appears the same. No way to call someone back if they call in. No text ability. You have to click wrap up call when you are done to be put back in the call que. If you miss one call you fall out of que. Trash system. App works ok. Not customizable.
