app lags & drops out
using this app during business hours for my work, as we also use offshore staff. most afternoons it slows down and can sometimes cut out when trying to transfer a call (which means it doesn’t log that caller ID in history), so unless you note down every phone number that calls in, you have no idea who just called to try ring them back. when i was a new staff member a few months back, i kept having calls to an Australian Govt dept cut out after exactly 15mins; it took 3wks to resolve, which was only because I eventually suggested for tech support to check setting of our other staff members to fix my settings (and turns out my setting were UK based and the other staff were correctly Australian). much improvement needs to happen with the service & support of this app.

Constantly cuts out if on hold for 15 minutes, certain numbers cut out even if you are still talking

Phone keeps cutting off after 1/2 minutes not professional when on a call to the client

We use this at work. It’s great because I can use it on my phone. I cannot upload contacts from Salesforce to it. Other staff with the same access as me can. None in our Australian office can help and due to the time difference with our HO it’s not going to be easy to fix.
Mobile App
Not working very well. Clients all saying I sound like a robot. Internet speed is fine for computer and Netflix, but appears no good with app. Thanks.
