Impossible de changer la langue et la devise!
Tout est dit dans le titre…
Augmentation des tarifs de 20%
Les hôtes peuvent augmenter les tarifs de 20 à 30% avec une faille ( hausse du prix de l’électricité et autre charge ) après la réservation payée chose qui est juste illégale en FRANCE . Le conseiller ABRITEL ne connaît pas la loi française et ne peut me transmettre à un conseiller français. Confiance rompu on passe par les logis de France .

Cannot find how to change the currency and help center is useless.

Extrêmement longs et appli qui finit par planter même en la relançant ; idem avec le site pour les délais de chargement avec des matériels et des navigateurs différents

Impossible de choisir les dates. A décidé que ce serait du 8 au 10 décembre point barre. En perdition
Pas moyen d’avoir l’appli en français
Un jour elle est passée en allemand a l’occasion d’une mise à jour J’ai beau choisir la langue française dans mes paramètres Anglais encore je me serais débrouillée mais allemand, non.
Not user friendly
A l’heure de l’intelligence artificielle, il est très regrettable que cette application ne soit toujours pas plus facile d’utilisation. Navigation peu intuitive, chatbot très limité, difficulté à obtenir de l’aide. Dommage

Impossible de trouver les avis sur mon profil
Problème choix de langue
Application uniquement en anglais, impossible de changer de langue pour choisir le français malgré différentes mises à jour, désinstallation de l’appli, réglages langues iPad et iPhone. Elle se réinstalle automatiquement en anglais…
