The four couple had a great time. Beautifully presented resort and condo. Plenty of space and storage. Beds and sheets are divine. Pillows are a bit too high, but all in all, sleeping was great. Kitchen appliances are high quality. One must provide staples, such as salt/pepper, etc. Staff was OUTSTANDING! Very helpful and great communication. We will definitely return.

Very strange app Little features No option to log in as owner

Very disappointed with Stayz. We booked a 4 bedroom home at Palm Beach for a family wedding in February 2023 for April 2024 and 1 day(yes just 1 day!) prior to this booking we were contacted by the local host to let us know the house had been double booked and we had to select another property. We chose a suitable home with 4 bedrooms and fabulous views from the selection provided. We requested an early checkin due to travelling from regional NSW and an early afternoon wedding which we were told was ok ( 1pm instead of 2pm). Lucky for us the cleaner was onsite when we arrived and let us in (using his security code for the front door as ours didn’t work; we thought just because we arrived early). He was concerned as there was water damage to the 3rd bedroom rendering it unusable. We had an illness in the family so only needed 3/4 bedrooms and being 2 hours before our wedding commenced (no time to get other accommodation arranged) accepted the property. Little did we realise that while attending the wedding 2 other bedrooms were rain affected also. Upon closer inspection of the property there was historical water damage in the 3 bedrooms as well as the lounge room; the property should never have been rented out. Also at 10.30 pm arriving home from the wedding the security code front door didn’t work, it’s pouring rain and the men had to stand outside waiting for us to return home with the key on the garage remote - this was our only access all weekend for 5 guests . Stayz when contacted said because we accepted the second accommodation we were not covered by the book with confidence guarantee . When the local host was contacted he was quite aggressive about the fact that the front door was not a problem and we had a property to stay in so basically what was the problem ? After some heated discussion he approached the owners and we received a nominal refund but no apology or indication the property would be repaired.Stayz are impossible to communicate with, only “chat” followed up by an email that was able to be replied to! DONT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH THEM!

This incredibly comfortable well appointed cozy place in a perfect location in Bright close to everything is an absolute must exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Amazing location brings you close to nature. Very nice accommodations with minor issues which can be easily rectified for future travelers. The tranquility, peace and privacy are amazing!

If all goes well, perfectly fine. If not, you will never get your money back. Horrible customer service and escalation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burnett Street. The location is exceptional…we walked around the neighbourhood and took in everything North Hobart has to offer. The house was beautifully presented and well appointed. Everything was spotless. Many thanks to our host.

Located in a quiet court perfectly positioned across from the beach and a short walk to cafes and shops. Home was clean and well equipped and would highly recommend .

Beautifully furnished home with the most amazing lush gardens. Pool was fantastic and we made the most of it with the shade over pool being a major plus. Couldn't fault anything and the Host was very welcoming and accommodated us to an early check-in a later departure. Look forward to our next trip up to Broome. We would definitely stay here again.
