Refund Money
Please you guys deducted me after i cancelled my subscription. Can i get a refund immediately???
I was wrongfully charged
I previously subscribed for a month of your service on the Acappella app and when the subscription expired, I was offered an option of 7 days free trial and a months subscription. I clicked on it thinking that I would get the free trial and then make up my mind whether I wanted to continue with the service but to my greatest shock I was charged right away. I do not need this service for another month. Can you please refund my money? Thank you.
