구매내역 취소 부탁드려요 무료이용 한번 해보고 다시 들어간 적도 없는데 자동결제는 너무하네요

학교 수행평가 때문에 잠시 쓰고 다하고 나서 몇일 전에 앱을 지웠는데 갑자기 뜬금없이 오늘 12000원이 결제가 됬네요 이거 다시돌려 받을수 없나요 저는 돈내는거 동의 한적없는데 갑자기 빠져나가네요 지금 구취까지 다해놓은 상태입니다
환불요청
7일 무료이용권 하고그만할려고했는데 갑자기 1개월 이용권으로 넘어가서 12000원이 결제되었습니다. 앱기능 7일 이후로 사용한적없어서 그런데 환불부탁드립니다.
