Complaint about the trashy treatment of the app users
I simply cannot fathom how a bank as big as Access could have its online banking down for several days. It reeks of absolutely incompetence!

To me this bank is useless very very useless because how can u be charging that hight for alert fee and sometimes I receive alert very late sometimes after 1 week mtchew
