Useless - logged out of books for over a week !
No response to my emails, systems put me in an endless loop of logging in and getting an email address to message when things don’t work - very poor underlying technology

Do not believe the glowing reviews
Some of the worst tech support I have ever seen. They are completely useless when things go wrong. And things do go wrong quite frequently. Do not lock yourself into their flaky ecosystem. You will regret it.
Brilliant for small business owners
Just brilliant through and through. The only thing I’ve struggled w/ is add my statements from my bank, the CSV and other formats is not well configured.
Update MacOS App
The new look is great guys, love the work y’all are doing at Zoho. Can we get the update/redesign on MacBook also?
