Best system and apps for small to medium businesses
Amazing
The best app by far and it’s free and easy to use
Really good
This is a great app for very small businesses. It’s simplified my business admin.
Getting frustrated after long term use
I run multiple companies and have been using Books since 2016. I am totally frustrated with lack of development of the mobile app. It’s absolutely fine if you only run one business on one instance of Books. However if you run multiple companies using Books on totally separate instances of Zoho, it’s impossible on the mobile app to switch between organisations in a similar fashion to that that can be achieved with Mail or Connect for example. Come on Books team time to get this sorted once and for all.
App is okay but when it gets it wrong there is no help
I love the app, I love what you get in the app. But I asked to not go on a trail and had it confirmed that everything I was receiving was in my subscription. Then 3 months later drop in what’s available. Then I ask them how to do three things which seem simple and the communication I get is first of all non existent (and I’m in a paid subscription), and then wrong numerous times. Now, and I’m sure it may be me at fault here, it just asks me about who I am and my registered email addresses - no idea why.

Preferable to Xero
I was using Xero with projects and expenses add on but they are built in in to Zoho books. Integrates much better with stripe too

I have now come across the best app that meets my needs and user friendly. It has enabled me make sense of book keeping and want to learn on how l can develop my business. Kudos to you Zoho lovely name!
Dead easy to use 👌
Best part is I’ve had a couple of technical issues and the online support team have rectified the problem extremely quickly and efficiently without any fuss 👏
