The App supports our company in our daily activities as IT consulting company working for many clients and projects in parallel. To include external consultants is very easy. The invoicing templates can easily be adapted to our needs by us.
Just take a pic from a bill you received. Books will scan it and help you to keep your data in the flow.
It took me a long time to look through and test different accounting solutions - for local and multi-currency - and this one is by far the best and most complete.
UI is best and all features are great easy to handle ….for all businesses
I downloaded the app and tried to sign up using iCloud login, it just keeps loading... Quite a bad experience on first time.
Earlier there was Customer Balance Pdf can easily exported. But now they have removed the option in reports and added customer balance summery

That’s right when you start a beautiful journey but end up in a train wreck that’s how I’m feeling when I’m writing this review, I find zoho to be most insensitive and disconnected from what it customers really want, ease of use and reliability which has dwindled down even though my spending with zoho has gone up. Customer care reps are impertinent and insensitive they hardly understand and relate to the concerns, on almost every occasion using zoho books or other apps I have faced a wall, somethings which are as simple as a GSTR3B Statement detailed view lacks the company name in the statement view to the bank feeds have become in reliable and inconsistent. I was hopeful and confident of zoho while recommending it to my peers now I find myself in an unanticipated situation with no help from zoho whatsoever. I wish no one else suffers like me. My suggestion do take extended free trials before you finalise on any application for your business accounting and marketing purposes so that you don’t end up sticking some nonsense because you have a large pile of data and difficult to migrate to another software.
