UNABLE TO UPLOAD MY DEBUT CARDS ON THE ACE MONEY TRANSFER APP

After installing the app and updating it with all my documents I am unable to put in any debit cards. No option was given me to upload my debit cards. All attempts to do that has proved futile. Please can you help me out?
