Transaction didn’t get paid even they deducted my money from my bank

I made a transaction and paid accordingly because they never process your transaction without payments and it’s fine so I made transaction and paid them from my online bank sofort accordingly, but they didn’t proceed my money to my recipient worst experience with Ace Not recommended in emergency situations
