Difficulty creating account
I was very excited to use this app. It has been over a week I am trying to create a user account so I can access the app to no avail. I also fill the contact sheet on the act companion web page with no response whatsoever. Big disappointment unfortunately.

Thank you for making the full subscription free right now! This app is a really great accompaniment to The Happiness Trap book. I read the book last year and go back to it often, and this app is such a great way to do various exercises. Though I would recommend the app even if you haven’t read the book. The guided mindfulness exercises are especially nice, for when my mind is too chattery for me to focus on my own. All of the exercises are useful though. I also like that it records when you do them, including a set of questions you can answer to reflect on the exercise every time you do it. Highly recommend this app! Thank you!
Meaningful and helpful
The method ACT itself seems very helpful to me. And the App is really practical and easy and fun to use: I just accomplished some exercises and it makes me feel already much relieved, thanks so much!
