Auto checking stopped working
After installing the latest update it screwed up the automatic visit detection. Please fix this issue.

ActiveFit® is a healthcare app used by health plans and other sponsors to track and reward physical activity. ActiveFit records steps walked and visits to more the 30,000 fitness facilities nationwide using geolocation and beacon technologies.

Update screwed up this app
Auto check ins does not work and it is a lot of work to self check in. Please fix and when a ticket is submitted via the app it’s literally crickets! 🤦🏽♀️
Terrible Update!!!
Forced to update the newest version. Had only 3 more 10k walks to meet my 12 day goal, the last two days registered zero steps. Contacted (emailed) the company, NO response. So frustrated.
Awful since the upgrade
Since they updated the app, it fails to sync and fails to record your steps. Many people complaining yet still no fix after many weeks. Hopefully it’s because of the holidays and you will address this first thing in the new year.
Issues with last update seem to have been fixed
Edited to thank you for fixing the issues below and change the rating This last update is definitely not an improvement! The step count lags a lot. I also have a Pedometer and in the past the step count would sync very promptly. It’s not the case anymore and it’s not showing me all the steps my Pedometer is showing. I definitely want to uninstall this update, but I’m concerned about losing all the data. Please fix this issue or revert to the previous version.
Faulty
The update doesn’t work. Now when I go into the app the screen is just black
Steps are not syncing
This app was amazing until the latest update where the steps from my Apple Health Health are not syncing anymore, this is a huge problem because I get a $20 credit from my health insurance monthly for meeting my goals and because it is now syncing, I am losing the monetary benefit for Horizonbfit 😡
Not tracking
Not tracking my gym visits since update
Fails to function with latest update
Forced to App Store to load the latest version and now stuck in loop from App Store to app only allowing to go back to App Store for update or cancel out. Looks like I’ll be out of last weeks effort and who knows when new update will be fixed to work properly. Junk!
Works sometimes
Every time that the company do an update the app starts crashing
