It stopped working when Apple Watch updated their iOS. It doesn’t pull any info from my watch so it says I did 0 steps every day. It accepts my gym visits, but doesn’t count them toward the goal and therefore it doesn’t grant me the incentive. Please update the app!

This app does not record all your check ins and even the self report does not work that good. I hate relying on this app for my check ins. Sometimes I will check in twice at my gym and it still won’t record my check in

I hate this app. It always becomes the default app. So my Fitbit won’t connect to my Strava app and if I need to update a setting on my Fitbit, it connects me to this stupid app. I have to delete it after every check in so it doesn’t interfere with my other tracking.

I love this app. I’ve been using it a lot. I’m doing the smart walking program. My steps haven’t been showing in the app since 5/2/2024. I’ve only received credi for 5/1/2024. The app stopped working. I reset my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ActiveFit app. Please fix the bugs

I open this app when I am going to the gym and it works about 50-60% of the time. Other times I have to self report. I am not certain why I am required to take a selfie when reporting a workout from home. What am I proving exactly by showing my face versus simply reporting that I did the workout? It’s an invasion of privacy frankly.

The app is not working at all after latest apple system update

This app doesn’t work, I just get a blank screen upon opening it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it still has the same issue.

This app does not register my steps or my facility visits. When it does track steps, the count is wildly inaccurate. Every month I try to self-report gym visits because the location tracking doesn’t even work, and the self-reporting feature does not work either. Pointless!

The app doesn’t work well. I’ve been given and it never pick up my gym visits automatically and often does not accept them when I manually tried to report a visit.

Hello the app is not updating my steps to match my Fitbit. I have missing days the app will not update. I walk over 10,000 steps a day the count stop lower than 10,000.
