Impossible to Unsubscribe
I’m from the U.K. and I signed up to the styleseat platform to explore their functionality. Having decided that it didn’t work for my business, I uninstalled the app. Here is where the problems started… The marketing emailed began flooding in so I tried to unsubscribe by hitting the ‘unsubscribe’ button but I receive this message: “ 403 ERROR: The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.” It appears if you’re outside of the US you simply can’t unsubscribe from their mailing list and, despite nearly A DOZEN personal emails from me asking to be removed from their mailing list all I seem to receive is an email from their admin support asking me to submit a ticket which ultimately gets ignored. My last attempt saw the admin support taking nearly a month to reply, and their support email asked if the emails had stopped coming through, with complete disregard for the message I’d originally sent…once again! I never rate apps as low as this, but this is simply an effort to get the team at styleseat to hear my plea to REMOVE ME FROM THEIR MAILING LIST!
