One of the best banks at customer service
I have been a client for about 15 years and ADIB is really one of the best banks I have done business with. Great customer service. Their employees are very polite and they go beyond just serving you. They give advices that will help the client and never hold back if they can help more. Great mobile app. It is so easy to navigate and everything is at a click of a button. I recommend ADIB to anyone who wants to have an easy banking experience.

One of the best application ever
Amazing application
Slow
Went back to using old ADIB app. New one is always slow to open for every step. Most of the time fails transaction. Always msg sorry try again later. It’s frustrating. The components r good.
Statement
Having the statements uploaded to the mobile application on time will be helpful, also the statement must specify the payments to be made to avoid finance charges. Compared to other bank statements, ADIB statements need much more updated info for clear visibility.
