ADIB Mobile Banking

I am using this app from almost 7 months. And I am very disappointed with ADIB Bank services. As from 3 days I am continually facing the technical error of app to send money to my family which not resolve until today. Additionally, when I send my money to my any beneficiary, it takes 3 days to delivered in their accounts. ADIB hold the payments to process them after 3 days. Now I am changing my mind to move on any other banks as their customer care centre also never ever answer. I am strong not recommending this bank to all of you. Please don’t open an account with ADIB. Best regards..

More than satisfied by having account in This bank since 8 years.online banking services are awesome. I do all my banking needs through my mobile.

Having the statements uploaded to the mobile application on time will be helpful, also the statement must specify the payments to be made to avoid finance charges. Compared to other bank statements, ADIB statements need much more updated info for clear visibility.
