Stuck at notification

Since the latest update, it has completely made the app unusable. It forces on to you the Transaction Notifications message and when you click Done you get a “Server not responding, please try again later! Internal error” You cant even dismiss the notification so you aren’t able to view account balance. Useless.

Cannot set up on the app

Cannot scan Emirates ID as it requires very close up image and therefore is out of focus

Glitches more often than not

Unfortunately, of all the banking apps I use this has got to be the one that glitches the most

Reduced usability

Unfortunately the latest update to the UI has reduced the usability significantly! Made it more complicated and less easy to navigate, especially making money transfers! 😓
