Doesn’t scan out sometimes and no response from Help Team regarding overcharging. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Great concept but the app does not work. It allows you into the second page where you add the vehicle details but then says license nr already in use and there is no way to move on from there unless I am missing something?

I can’t even get past the log in screen

After trying to sign up or sign into my account from the app, I get a blank white screen. I have tried removing and reinstalling the app a few times but, the same issue persists. I am running iOS 18 on a 14pro max. The app never worked since I first downloaded it. I only successfully managed to register and top up online. Admyt is supposed to be a game changer in the parking space but with app issues it is not serving its purpose. I am truly unhappy with the experience.

The processing of payments on the app takes too long. What’s the point of the funds reflecting in my wallet after I’ve left the mall? I signed up with Admyt because I love convenience, the payment processing is my only issue with the app.

This is by far one of the worst user expwriences I’ve had in my life. Run away from this app. Let me into shopping centre. Then it wouldn’t let me out. Then I saw a QR code that I had to scan for some reason. But first I had to log into the app again with username and password because it logs out once a week. I couldn’t remember my password so I had to do a password reset. Then I tried to scan the QR code but it was so small I had to get out of the car. But still the boom didn’t open. Please check your payment method, the app said. (Why did it let me in then?) So with a string of cars hooting and swearing at me I managed to turn around. Tried to update my card details. We can’t update your details when a payment is pending, the app said.

I have just spent 10min outside my parking trying to use this app and the attendant could not even help me as all he could say was scan the QR code but the app kept asking me to add my car which I could not add because it already existed under my name which I could now not log into because I had to add my car. Thankfully the attendant finally opened for me as there were other cars behind me waiting to get in. When I eventually parked I found out that my colleague had the same issue just after me.

This app has been such a wonderful change to our busy family shopping trips, and I’m so happy it is being adopted by more and more shopping centres! No more struggling to find a ticket, let alone queue at paystations with the shopping and baby on the arm, if SnapScan can’t read the ticket to pay. Yes the app has a few small bugs but is constantly improving, and the support team is really responsive and helpful. I’m so glad we have it, it’s so convenient.

I downloaded the App. I have not even been able to launch the app after registration. I have deleted it.

My account went into arrears as a result of a large parking payment and now when I try to top up my wallet or make a payment for the arrears, nothing works. The app goes into a circular reference where it’s impossible to make payment. As a result the app no longer functions. All it takes is one bad experience to sour your entire experience!
