Not worth it to get stuck at the parking gate which doesn’t open when departing the car park. People hooting while the camera doesn’t read your plate. And who knows how the QR code works. I deleted my acct. much easier to take a ticket and pay via SnapScan
Unreliable app
Never logs in the first time - renders a blank screen. Also doesn’t stay logged in
Cool idea, horrendous app.
The actual scanning of your number plate at the boom gates works reasonably well. However, this app is embarrassing. It’s incredibly slow, unreliable and just an absolute pain to deal with. So much so that I’ve stopped using the service. This app makes the experience as a whole worse than just using a parking ticket.
Avoid this app
This service doesn’t work seamlessly, I now have an issue where the service thinks I’ve been parked at my local mall for 5 days. I was there for 30 minutes. Great idea, poorly executed.
Incredibly in user friendly-avoid
1. Uploading credit card details doesn’t work
2. Help centre send you back to the app
3. PayU asks for your internet banking credentials. Why would anyone ever want to do that???
4. Good idea, worked about half the time but the app interface is very poor and the help centre, such that it is, will infuriate you.
Terrible app
The previous app worked and was easy. This new app is a disaster. Nightmare to update credit card details and you have to manually log into the website each time you want to access your profile.
Where do you scan a QR code. This used to be simple. Now it’s a disaster.
May be easier to just take a ticket and pay at the exit.
Temperamental app
Often doesn’t work and when it does,it doesn’t register when you’ve left a Centre... very irritating
Problems
Unable to load cred card until new one arrives.
Prepaid won't load.
Admyt unable to be reached by email or via website .
I may have to revert to paying at ticket kiosk
