App doesn’t work. Reinstalled it 5 times. I always have to use the web client to load money to my wallet.

Your app is very bad. For weeks now I can’t even access it. I have to use your website.

This app when launched I was so excited, But alas it lasted but moments Logging in is an issue, a blank screen post log in and an x button top right of screen, takes to back to the circle of patheticness Fix the app it’s a great concept but I’m stuck with unable to validate and need to pul a ticket form the machine so I’m paying twice Help!!!!

Not sure what happened with the last update of the app but it kicked me out and when attempting to login to existing user, it gives a blank screen and now I’m unable to see how long I’m parked. This is happening on an iPhone 15 pro where iOS build is 17.5.1

After 8 years this app is still a shocker A. Fix up your login screen why must I press signup B. Do a native app not a website C. Put in Apple Pay

Really enjoy using this app. It has made my life a lot easier. Generally a very good user experience so far.

What is the point of the app if you have to reset the password every time you use it?

Blocked the entrance to a busy parking area while trying to set up this silly app. Shouldn’t even need an app if the QR codes directed you to a working web page with a zapper link. Ended up having to awkwardly back out the parking entrance and park in down the street… mxm

This app just goes to a blank screen. It’s also inconsistent. Sometimes the boom opens to let you in but it won’t let you out and then it’s embarrassing with all the cars behind you waiting to exit while you need to scramble and find a way to get your hands on a ticket and pay so you can leave, but first all the cars behind you have to reverse so you can go back and find parking to sort the payment. The whole point of this app is to be convenient and it isn’t. Also, to enter a new credit card or payment process freezes or takes forever to update and then again you can’t pay.

While I love the modern concept of driving in and the booms opening automatically / not having to queue to pay parking tickets etc., the app to manage everything is poorly designed. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP. Every time I open the app, I need to login. Then when I try to scan the codes for free parking allocation at gym etc, I need to allow access to my camera, after which the scan fails, and so I need to restart the process. It’s very time consuming, and at this point, it’s quicker just to use a normal ticket, which defeats the whole purpose of this system. Great idea, poor execution.
