Bad customer support
App is good, but if you face any issue with it, then you will be in touch with careless customer support and bad CRM system.
Unusable.
The app user interface is almost unusable. Complicated and seems deliberately be designed to avoid users to use it.
Trouble in logging in.
Whenever I am trying to login, it asks to scan the ID. When it is done it shows my ID already exist and directs me to the former page. So I can’t unlock the features in the app.
Worst app worst customer support
I’ve been using it for few times and this is a total waste. App doesn’t add point whenever I fuel up and scan my code. Open 2 tickets regarding this issue and every time I get SMS after day or two saying my case has been resolved and closed lol if this app is just fun then I will use it for fun 🤣 and waste my valuable time using it.

Server error?
Most of the time the server has issues when i can use my points and rewards??? Whenever i open the app i get server connection error. Work on your reliability!
Worst LPG distributor
I have ordered with this app and kept following up for 4 hours until you reached your limit and decided to cancel at all. The support team is not really helpful promising words that are not meant to be true!!!
Auto top up
I m using one credit card only for my account auto top up for the last 2years so the credit card is still with me but before two weeks some managed to still all the data and use the credit card for YouTube purchases. Either some one from ADNOC has given my credit card day to some one or the website is unsecured
Convert to Smiles
Is there any problem going on? Exchange points to Smiles is not available in my app.
