Download the app so you can:
• Plan your trip, scan your boarding pass or search for your flight, destination or airline directly (trace your flight up to 2 weeks in advance).
• Receive real-time notifications and custom offers: terminal of arrival or departure, check-in desk, departure gate, baggage claim, discount coupons, etc.
• Detailed maps of the airport: security and passport filters and controls, restaurants, cafés, shops, car hire, etc.

Paid for parking twice but they don’t want to refund
I booked and paid parking in advance to make sure I have available parking lot. But the problem started when I tried to enter the parking. The car plate scanner didn’t read my plate number correctly and cut the first character of the plate (looks like it’s made specifically for spanish car plates with 7 characters only. But my car plate have 8). I started calling to their call center but looks like their employees aren’t trained well enough. Only from the third call attempt one of the agents suggested me to create another booking and cancel the previous one. So I booked it again and paid as we hurried up to the flight.
Previous booking wasn’t allowed to cancel from the app. So I wrote email to their support. Firstly, they suggested me to ask for a help from the airport parking office. When we returned in several days, I went to the office but nice man there told me that we shouldn’t pay for the new booking again and we can only make a refund of the duplicated payment only by contacting support by email. After long correspondence communication and after I provided all the payment bills they refused to refund my money. The WORST service I have ever had in my entire life. Looks like I have to ask my bank to do a chargeback for the operation.
