I fell in love with this game in the beginning and I've been playing it since the beginning and i am whaling like CRAZY with my clan leader, i was always in the top 10. but then i just realize you have to whale every update if you want to maintain your rank, like if you whale on every previews patch and you just stop whaling on the new patch then your rank will will fall like a hundred or so and that’s really turns me off. It’s like your investment from previews patches are insignificant. 🥲 art wise, its good so i will still leave stars.

Suspending account for using their customer rights
customers in EU has right of withdrawl so your claim of unrightful refund is not fair or correct. I did not even buy that ingame currency you deducted from my account. You should deduct diamonds, not that currency. I did spend money previously and might have also in the future but this predatory policy of threating to suspend accounts for rightful withdrawls is absurd.
Addicting and fun but poorly optimized
The game itself is quite fun and reasonably accessible even for a free to play user. But the optimization is horrible. I play on iPhone 11 Pro Max, with settings at minimum and the game frequently feels sluggish and crashes several times a day. Sometimes restarting the phone helps for a bit but often not. No other game or app causes this on the same and the PC version of the game does not have these issues.
Pretty good Gacha
Overall it’s a good gacha that borrows a lot of mechanics for the sake of the players. Has that “infinite levelling” fomo gimmick that can be annoying. The “gameplay” is fine but 90% of the time the game plays itself and you’re better of putting your phone down. It has the potential to be an actual strategy game, but too many features make it overly casual. The best thing about this game is it’s visual style that is distinct and stunning. The designs of the characters is good too, but few managed to really stand out to me. Lastly, the quality of the English voice acting is poor, the amount of characters with a good performance can be counted with one hand. Some voices feel VERY lazy and borderline ai with their lack of vocal emphasis on anything. Maybe voices also face issues from audio compression. Makes it all the more rewarding to skip all the story. I hope they add an option to have JP voice acting instead.
