Afterpay: Shop Smarter

It’s been pretty good for the most of it . It’s not very easy to get along with though. Sometimes I just need an extra day as I get paid on a certain day and it’s only one day short but won’t let you change to holding off on that 1 day . Really annoying. The other is it’s impossible to call and speak to a person for support ! The other thing is I’ve tried enquiring about afterpay plus and there’s no where to apply for it. Even though I was offered to increase my limit I tried finding where to apply from plus and nowhere in sight !

Should provide card details frustrating even paying monthly fee and can not shop at websites that doesn't support applepay/Samsung pay

I’ve been a long time CUSTOMER with Afterpay no every time I go into the app I can no longer have access to gift cards now I’m always up-to-date with my payments why doesn’t After pay know longer have the gift cards showing in the app?

It’s great for small things but if you don’t have good control you can easily get yourself into trouble. Been with AP pretty much since the start and they treat each customer differently. And they treat you well when you sign up but then you never get things new customers do which isn’t exactly fair

Afterpay has made life easier - from budgeting to negating the need for high interest credit card expenses. I appreciate the ability to make one bulk payment for a specified amount for multiple orders such a time saver. The only feature I would love to see included is a ‘filter by # of days’ for upcoming payments - sometimes I need less than the next 15 days. One final improvement - if I do leave a scheduled payment for Afterpay to deduct it’s usually when I’m also expecting income into my account - it would be really, really great if the Afterpay direct debit was scheduled for later in the day instead of the early pre dawn hours. Thank you Afterpay!!!!

Not happy with there customer service and i sent all the legitimate documents for my verification including overseas passport and still they replying that they can't verify it at all.

AF is so wonderful. I have a high amount in case but always do small amounts just in case my circumstances change

Decided to make a purchase using afterpay to only say purchase was declined. The app said something was overdue however I clicked it and it said I owed nothing. I did owe nothing. However customer support decided to tell me Im banned for life for no reason.
