Lacks mobile compatibility

The YCS app is not compatible with mobile devices. Unable to enter the PIN code due to compatibility issues on iOS. Have this fixed ASAP

Opening web version in the app unable to operate it

Fix the app first ( too slow ) I am not a software person , fix it before spending money on marketing !

Super slow in response or sometimes no response

The app is horrible as compared to other companies partner apps like booking.com , goibibo etc . So many bugs and u can’t update anything using this app

Worst customer care service experience,waste of time.

Worst customer care service in every aspect.They even don’t know basic things & as a partner you will be handling a lot of problems for payouts from agoda as they collect money from customers and there is no way a partner can get update when hotel will get the amount as they won’t allow you to update financial details.Lots of bugs & worst app.

Slowest application and super buggy application can’t even login to the application
