Agoda YCS for hotels only

Why’s the app so slow and outdated ? Have you checked your competitors like booking.com or Expedia partner apps? Hire a team and get this fixed please.

Bookings - Reservation list by calendar as the last version, day by day show. The latest version confuse and hard to find reservation order from stay dates. I Ike Pulse for booking.com partners.

I need to transfer money we’ve earned to our bank account and can’t do it on the app

Very slow app and never send notification for new booking or cancellation. Slow update

It’s worse than the partner portal, and that’s saying something. Probably won’t be able to use. Too slow, doesn’t work, crashes constantly, for multiple properties it’s difficult to get back to all property list, need to add a menu for that. Pretty useless.

We tried to list a resort that sleeps around 500 guests, and we have been trying to get in touch with Agoda support for over three months and nothing is getting done, nobody responded on any of our inquiries, nor our Siteminder partners were able to get in touch with anyone to connect the resort. Unorganized 4-5 different portals, website is full of bugs, and terrible customer support team. WALK AWAY and save yourself time. I hope they will be changing this, this is terrible.

Way too slow and keeps crashing. Reports dont load properly. Even though wifi connections are good. Not helpful. Really slow. Please update to make it work better

This app would be so useful if you are able to see the credit card details on the app instead of only on the extra net. Expedia you can view credit card details on the app and it’s so easy.

Only 3 months into the future in the Allotment tab
