แชทกับลูกค้าไม่ได้เลยสักคน เป็นมาตั้งแต่เดือน มิย ตอนแรกคิดว่าเป็นที่ระบบแอนดรอย แต่พอเปลี่ยนมาใช้ ios ก็ยังเป็นอยู่ ไม่สามารถแชทคุยกับลูกค้าได้เลย เดือดร้อนมากๆ รบกวนช่วยแก้ไขด้วย

ไม่มีการดูแลหรือปรับปรุงให้มีคุณภาพ

แอปไม่มีความพร้อมให้กับผู้ที่ใช้งาน เกิดปัญหาในระบบบ่อยครั้งเป็นอย่างมาก ไม่มีการพัฒนาความเสถียรภาพในการใช้งาน

Bugs

ค้างหน้าจอขาว ใช้งานไม่ได้เลย มีปัญหาหนักมากตอนนี้ ปรับ/ปิดจำนวนห้องไม่ได้

ตอนนี้ไม่สามารถดูข้อมูลหรือการจองได้เลยค่ะ

Request the developers address on comments section which always crashes (both mobile version and PC)

So many bugs

From log in to guests chats. There were so many bugs need to be fixed. It can be frustrating working with this app.

We cannot chat with guest due to error. รบกวนแก้ไขด่วนค่ะ ในคอมก็แชทกับลูกค้าไม่ได้ ในแอพก็ไม่โหลดสักที

แอปช้ามาก

แอปช้ามา กดเลือกเมนูต่างๆ กว่าจะขึ้นมาหมุนนานมาก บางครั้งถึงขั้นโดนเตะให้sign inใหม่ และตัวเวปเพจYCSก้อยิ่งช้ามาก ไม่คิดว่าระบบขององค์กรระดับโลกจะช้าและหน่วงได้ขนาดนี้
