ใช้งานยาก โหลดข้อมูลช้า ข้อมูลปรากฏไม่ครบถ้วน ถ้าแอพพลิเคชั่นไม่มีความเสถียร ก็ไม่ควรนำเสนอให้ลูกค้าโหลดมาใช้บริการ รีบปรับปรุงด่วน

เข้าใจว่าบริษัทมีความตั้งใจที่ดี. แต่แอปมีปัญหาการค้างบ่อยมาก แล้วก็เด้งออกจากแอปไปเฉยๆ. การกรอกข้อมูลทำได้ยากมากๆ ต้องปรับปรุงด่วน. จากความตั้งใจที่ดีแต่ปล่อยแอปแบบนี้ออกมา มันน่าจะเป็นผลเสียหายต่อภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กรมากกว่า. เป็นไปได้ก่อนออกแอปตัวใหม่ ให้ตัวแทนประกันชีวิตทดลองใช้ก่อนสักเดือนหรือสองเดือนเพื่อหาจ้อบกพร่องก่อนก็จะดีมากๆ ออกเวอร์ชั่นใหม่เถอะครับ. ขอร้อง อีกเรื่องที่สำคัญคือการแปลเป็นภาษาไทย มันแย่มาก มันทำให้เข้าใจผิดไปหมด. ขนาดให้หมออ่าน หมอกรอกผิดจากสุขภาพดีกลายเป็นสุขภาพแย่ ต่ำเตี้ยเลี้ยติดดินเลย อีกทีนะ. ช่วยออกเวอร์ชั่นใหม่เถอะ. เป็นปัญหาทั้ง ios android เจ้าหน้าที่โทรกลับมาแจ้งว่าช่วงนี้ระบบยังไม่นิ่งเนื่องจากต้องมีการถ่ายข้อมูลจากแอปเก่ามา ส่วนตัวแล้วลองไปใช้กับโทรศัพท์แอนดลอยด์ก็ดีขึ้น(เดิมใช้แอปผ่านIpad)แต่ยังมีเด้งออกต้องล็อคอินเข้าใหม่. ทางเจ้าหน้าที่แนะนำว่าช่วงนี้ลองใช้ผ่านเวปของAIA น่าจะดีกว่า. คาดว่า เมษาหรือพฤษภา น่าจะเรียบร้อย ก็ขอให้กำลังใจคนทำงานนะ เปลี่ยนจาก1ดาวเป็น 3ดาว.
