No UX at all
- stop asking 1 million time for location access - fix UI when selecting an amount of claim with cents example 45.89 the keyboard does not disappear even if we click somewhere else - when there is a timeout and the account logout, the app shows the same error message about timeout 4 times, it’s duplicate
Buggy appl
The latest version keep hanging after submitting a claim or when viewing pdf documents! Please fix it asap

AIA eBenefits makes insurance claim uncomplicated. User friendly apps too. Not too difficult to process claims as the apps guides what to do next. AIA do things trouble free for insurance claims. And they process is quick, I received my money back and CPF deductions. Great job! Kudos!

Unable to register for new users
Hi I’m unable to register new account I tried third times still unable to register I feel so strange with ur AIA eBenefits account. Could you please do something about the apps make other people also in difficulty situations!. Please fix it this problem ASAP!.

Might consider including plafon and balance
Stupid app
There’s no space to input Notes, no option to appeal claim when claim department STUPIDLY & LAZILY rejected perfectly valid claims, and no option to submit different invoices from same doctor on the same date.
Unable to register
Unable to register , clicked the link in email , redirect to App Store instead of app , even app already installed . Infinity loop. Anyone can help ?
