Medical Claiming

AIA made claiming medical bills much much easy and faster compared to previous Great Eastern👍

Consistent OTP network errors and awful usability

One would imagine with the updates this app has, it would improve over time but it just gets worse and worse. I can never seem to log in on my first try and going from tab to tab takes forever to load.

This is the correct one for corporate login

Why you never differentiate this App and the other aia sg app? Only when I called the hotline wasting half an hour then i was informed this is the correct app for corporate user.

Can’t update on IOS17.3 on iPhone.

Bug- cannot upgrade

Required to update the app but unable to upgrade it from App Store. So now I’m left at the clinic being unable to present my insurance card…

Missing buttons

Where is the button to submit claims? I can’t submit claims now. Find clinic near me hasn’t worked ever, as well as the pdf.

Easy to use

Slow processing of claims

Takes forever to process and reimburse your claims.. Pending claims have been under “administration process” for over a month.. please stop withholding the claim payments without any reason.
