KLM - Book a flight

I’ve been using the KLM app on my iPad Mini, and unfortunately, the notification bell (🔔) in the top right corner does not open when tapped. This issue makes it impossible to access important updates and messages. I’ve tried restarting the app and reinstalling it, but the problem persists. The app works fine otherwise, but this bug significantly impacts the user experience. I hope the developers address this in a future update. Until then, iPad Mini users might face difficulties accessing their notifications.

The app is very time consuming to use compared to others, as you can’t see the seating options on a flight without going through the entire process, after which you can check the seats. Then you must go back out and start the whole thing again for the next option under consideration. Easily avoidable with slightly better design.

The app is not optimized for zoomed display

When I’m trying to buy tickets, I get error. (Something went wrong). Sometimes is when you want to choose tickets, sometimes when you’re going to check out. Trying to buy 3 days tickets, websites doing the same, not only on my device. Choose different flying company.

I always thought that having an app should help you avoid using a website so far 3 of 3 there was a problem/crash so that I ended up landing on KLM website

You cant select a seat at check-in, it is an useless app.

This app has some serious bugs preventing checkin - phone number is requires but not accepted in any format with error message “enter valid email address”. Enter loyalty program or select seats was not possible and due app mishmash whole ticket got into stage where not even agent was able to fix that. New ticket had to be issued.

The new version logged me out of the app, but I cannot login, I fill in my details, but the button does nothing!
