Disgusting user interface and incorrect info displayed
Oh boy, every time i change the seat it does not update. I changed my mother’s seat to the aisle but because this absolute disaster of an app did not update i did not know that the seat stayed as the same window seat. Fix your app you have money, do so quickly. This is the second time this happened, i only booked flights 2 times from this app. What a disaster, my mother told me she doesn’t like air france since they don’t speak english well but it appears you got some other issues too. I would definitely like a reply informing me of your decision on wether you’ll improve this specific issue or not.

Anyone can change your return flight date without you knowing, if they know your booking reference,
woke up to my partner’s flight is leaving in 3 days message middle of our holiday that was supposed to last 8 more weeks and had booked both of our flights
Customer support saw this as online purchase and said new ticket purchases can be cancelled within 24 hours, but this is a chance for existing flight and that I can buy another return ticket for 2/3 of a new ticket price since its flex, but they won’t cancel the change and return it back to normal

Looks nice but cumbersome
Nice visual but booking process is fastidious. It’s cheaper to buy 2 separate flights that the 2 same flights as a multi city journey. The payment funnel isn’t intuitive and conflict with Apple or Chrome presaved card details. No Apple Pay support. However once you have your ticket very nice app the manage your booking.

Application très utile. Mais ne s’ouvre plus sur ma tablette IPad 2 car veut une mise à jour alors que la dernière version a déjà été téléchargée et que mon appareil est à jour… La. Version suggérée n’est pas proposée par mon iPad. Donc impossible de se servir de la tablette pour suivre et réserver les vols. Je dois utiliser mon téléphone….

Cette mise à jour est impossible pour moi (IPhone SE!), et bloque l’application précédente, toutes mes félicitations… adieu l’application Air France
Problème de stabilité en fin de réservation
Ça fait plusieurs réservations, et j’ai été confronté plusieurs fois au fait qu’il y ait des codes erreur. À la fin cela m’oblige pour sécuriser ma réservation de payer les 30 € pour bloquer la réservation. Ensuite lorsque le lien est enregistré cela fonctionne un peu limite….
