It starts with my default language which is ok, but I cannot change it nor change the currency. The worst part is that when searching for a flight, when I click on "add passenger" button it shows empty page, thus I cannot reserve a flight for 2. It is like they don't even want to sell their tickets.
For past week or so all I can see on the screen is- SOMETHING WENT WRONG- try again later. Like what? Buy your tickets with a different airline????? Not impressed! The same problem!!!!!
Can't log in. Trying to click "login" but nothing happens.
With all respect. I do not know French and the app is totally useless!

That’s the worst app I used or try to use because I couldn’t make any use of it with French language as the only option I had in the app despite selecting English or Polish. Completely useless and dissatisfying
Set default language to French for people outside of French speaking countries. What’s the logic? Do you assume that people will start immediately learning your beautiful language because of your app? I can’t comprehend what you must have thought when you set it up like that.
iOS has ‘preferred languages order’. My first choice language is not supported on Air France app and English is set as second preferred language. The app ignores these settings and somehow defaults to French. I had to change my phone language to English to use the app in English language.
WTH. App downloads in French. Not easy to change the language. It should be offered in app by default at with the first opening to change language. Poor.
App language is set to French by default for no reason while my iPhone language is English. Of course you can change it, which is what I did. I know that according to French everyone should know their language, but here’s a surprise - most people don’t.
