I am very disappointed right now. My wife was 33 weeks pregnant. She was flying from London to Mumbai, so I paid extra for a special comfortable seat, but the airline management still allotted her a regular seat. She was harassed throughout the journey. This is completely unacceptable. If Air India continues to do this, people will lose faith in it.

It’s been a couple of months since the last app upgrade. Get the loyalty area working. It refuses to allow a sign in !!
on this app ADD TRIP option not working .
After login not able to see my trips , also I tried to add my trip by entering booking reference still not able to see my upcoming trips Is this feature supported within the app ? If not when can we expect ?
As good as a broken leg, can’t add travel plans, it doesn’t recognise the booking reference and Ticket numbers. Tried on 2 different tickets. Uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times. Same problem continues for over a month….. Fix the basics please.
It’s showing loading…… how long it will take to load 24 hours??
The time shown on the app for arrival is accurate but when you share the details using the app the time all change to the departing country. So instead of displaying the time at the arrival airport it show the time of the departing country. 😳
I should choose dates I want to travel instead of App default dates, impossible to change these default dates, multi city options is a joke, you can't able to book LHR to BLR and return after two weeks from HYD to LHR on multi city options.. unable to log flying returns from App. Lots of crashes lots of crap..
Very good app, but when I was checking in, they only got option for Visa details to fill in & not OCI, so now I have to go to airport to check in at desk.
