The most useless app I have the misfit to use, have to repeatedly enter details and have still not managed to book

Excellent service always

Need improvement Net banking Payment

Looks good but text field, button slow in responding. The biggest problem is net banking - bank selector, as soon as you move the selector , it picks a bank and navigates to respective bank logon screen. Some banks site has option to cancel but most of them not, and also app doesn’t allow to cancel and returns back to payment page. I tried few times but at the end had to give up ☹️

Couldn’t create a sign in

I tried to create sign in. Some boxes showed I had added invalid details, so I corrected them but it still showed as not created with the red heading to show something was incorrect, but it didn’t identify what was incorrect, so not sure what still needed changing! From reading other reviews here it maybe because I use a Uk mobile number not Indian but I don’t see the issue with it being a uk number as long as it has the relevant international code? Do spicejet think that only Indian nationals fly with them? As there was no error message, it might have been for a different reason though. Very, very frustrating!

Lousiest airline app

Every time I tried to register with the OTP received on my mobile, it asked me to check if I was connected to the internet. After trying a few times, I gave up.

useless app

so the app doesnt work if you dont have Indian mobile phone. also I was keep putting my email address just to get info saying email address is incorrect. after number of attempts i gave up

No age range appears

I've just downloaded the app...I'm using the latest iOS version. I can only input my name....no age range appears for the age box, hence I can't set up a profile.

It doesn’t work.

Tried to find my booking using EMail but it keeps telling me to enter all the fields despite the fact the have been entered. There is nowhere to enter PNR like in every other airline app.

Hopeless App

You keep having to enter the same date. Only allows Indian addresses. Impossible to navigate. Well done spicejet for making the worst airline app.

Useless App

The margins aren't set properly and not user friendly at all.
