Amazing
Horrible experience
I wanted to book a flight to London Heathrow (LHR) for my mother. I searched the same in Ixigo app, but don’t know why the search came as London Gatwick (LGW) and the ticket got booked. I contacted the airline immediately to get it changed and they told me since the ticket is not issued, Ixigo should be able to change it to LHR free of cost (as initially the fault was with Ixigo app). From that moment till 14 days, Ixigo customer support has only made things worse. They kept making a point that it was my fault and not theirs and kept asking for huge rescheduling charges. At the end, I had no other choice and had to give up. I urge everyone to avoid these frauds. Wish 0 stars were allowed while giving reviews.

Bad experience and embarrassment faced
Booked meal and amount debited from my account but after boarding meal denied and and was forced to pay again for the meal .on enquiry they have told that meal booking in group ticket is not possible.. if this than why I was directed to payment portal after selection of the meal while ordering meal online and why amount debited from my account ..such incidents must be reported to airlines and must be stopped in future
