You should PUSH water outage info to users so we know that you know already, and let us know when repairs are likely to be repaired, and finally when it is. Our accounts are tied to our addresses so this is easy Maybe even have a water outage map? Also make it easier to report as you already know our account numbers so it is very u likely there will be false reports
