Can't add the return date, when I'm trying to book a flight

I can't put in proper dates and it always jams. Horrible!

App and website crash all the time. The system gives you errors and doesn’t even explain what the error is for. Often the error doesn’t even matter you just need to scroll down and ignore it. The system will ask you to enter the same information several times, like your name and confirmation number. You need to enter it twice for some reason. The whole system really needs to rework.

All the time there’s an error showing when proceeding to change the seats.

Cannot check in online

Il serait intéressant de pouvoir ajouter une réservation au calendrier.

While checking in for both directions of my vacation the app crashed at least 6 times before you could complete the checkin. We were told we could choose our seats 24hours before the flight. Good luck! The app crashed every time you tries to change your seat! Guess this is their way of not offering seat selection!

The app keeps crashing whenever we try to select seats. It’s annoying.
