In the middle of my trip, AirEuropa app started not working well. Yesterday I applied an app actualization but did not work. Every time that I try manage my trip I receive the message: “Sorry there was an error An error has occurred. Please try again in a few minutes. Try again”.

Firstly, I tried to do my check-in using the app, that in theory allows the user to insert KLM Flying Blue’s frequent flyer number - only in theory, because it returns a failure when I tried to insert the number (ie., I had to go without retrieving my benefit). Then, the app allows the user to select the seat for a given price. The app showed me the price in BRL (Brazilian Reais), but charged me in EUR (Euros), and, yes, there’s a currency exchange rate and if I knew that, I wouldn’t have bought it for a 1h flight. And in the end, after this terrible experience and after being incorrectly charged, the boarding pass was simply not available! It returns an error, saying there’s an inconsistency with my reservation, and telling me to look for help on a sale desk! Worst experience ever using a flight company app.
