quasi ogni volta che apri l’app devi reinserire i tuoi dati di accesso e se gli gira male s’impalla e non ti fa fare il check-in

One of the worst flight apps I’ve ever seen

The app keeps crashing and every time I try to view my reservation it tells me that there’s a problem and that I should try again later. My flight is tomorrow and I still can’t access the boarding passes from the app. If I have to watch this animation of a plane flying once again I’ll throw my phone against the wall.

Pathetic

In a world where everything can be done via phone, this app forces you to to use a laptop to do everything. It’s impossible to add the tickets to the wallet, there’s always “something went wrong” and it’s slow as hell. Please change your coders!! Really frustrating
