$15 fee for $25 parking, which isn’t made clear until inputting your tag, phone number, and credit card. Perhaps the founders dropped out of state school before taking any courses on ethics.

Most Money Hungry Parking Service

Here’s how it goes every time I am forced to use this sleazy company. I arrive at the hotel and pay for parking ($25) it’s a flat rate for the day, no other option to select how long you’ll be there, etc. Then you enjoy your stay at the hotel, and bam! At around 7 in the morning you get this automated message that says along the lines of “your account has been automatically charged for having a car parked without an active rental, a $15 convenience fee has been added” so now you have the $25 from the first part of the day. And before you can even wake up and check out they get you with an additional $40. It’s ridiculous and such a scummy way to rip people off. Would rather pay a parking ticket at least that money will actually go to something instead of this excuse of a company.

Remember to end the rental

They get you because it’s so easy to forget to end the parking! I always overpay and the reminder doesn’t work

Couldn’t update a reservation

I had trouble when I wanted to move my car to a reserve spot one hour early from 7am to 6am. I started a new rental, but the screen reverted into the reservation likewise, I couldn’t simply update the reservation to reflect the new times (which was why I started a new rental ) so I wound up moving my car to another lot. this trouble may have been because I wanted to use the app as a guest before making an account. but it was a negative experience.

Very bad experience

I just had dinner, but they charged me $30. It said $3 per hour. After I confirmed the payment, I found out that the restaurant has a free parking code. Then I entered the free parking code, but the system didn't link the discount code and still calculated my parking fee. I entered the restaurant at 6pm and finished dinner at 8:30pm. The calculated time can reach 3am-5am. This is a very bad company! I suggest that you don't use this parking QR code scanning, it's better to park on the street. This is the worst parking payment company I have ever used!

Terrible payment options

This a terrible app!!!! Attempt to make multiple payments and cannot process. There’s no support for contact to resolve and no physical payment area. I don’t know how any city would this disgusting system.

Pay for no parking

I have been sending emails and going back and forth for months now. The parking lot is packed leaving no spaces to park even though I pay for monthly parking. Even cars around the parking lot where there isn’t supposed to be cars parked. It has been so bad that cars park next to other cars where there is no parking space blocking cars from getting out. Yet the do nothing about it.

this app is stupid. id much rather pay per hour. i parked for maybe 20 min but forgot to checkout and ended up paying for an hour and a half. This app should really include the option to pay for a preset amount of time, like every other parking meter. If you have the ability, park in a different lot that isn’t using this app
