Waste of time

Booking through this App is an absolute waste of time. I booked a flight ticket and paid the full amount. But after two hours, they send an automated email saying they could not book the ticket and that my amount will be refunded. Then I waited 2 days to get back my refund and try again on another website. Shows how incapable ans unreliable they are!!

Delay of issue ticket

I book 2 ticket but more than 2 hours not generate tickets .so delay still i am waiting for ticket generate.

It‘s a scam

Worst flight booking experience. Flight got delayed, missed the connecting flight, airlines are ready to refund money to airpaz, but got no support from these guys at all.

Payment unsuccessful

I booked a 3000000 flight from the app and the first time it was unsuccessful and I had to book it again for the second time. My money is stuck and I’m not sure what to do in a foreign place.

Slow searching

Application is very slow and can’t book the flights and hotel’s

Ridiculous app, and website

I booked my flight with air asia. I received the booking Id after 30 mins and now when I check that booking id on air asia official site it say not found. When I emailed airpaz support they say ticket is issued I never got an email from them neither from air asia. They are scammers, even their support staff is ridiculous they don’t have a solution to anything. Do not book by this app
