I request for REFUND, not vouchers and charged me crazy cost. As the Airline policy, refund by cash is available with 15 USD fee for each ticket. I am very tired to apply this again and call to center many times but no one pick up the phone. Is this how Airpaz running? Why Apple allows this app on the Appstore? This app should report to Interpon and Apple should remove this.

決済の時何回もエラーなので、1時間後予約確定メールが来ました。その原因で、他のところ同じ便予約しました。キャンセルもできないし、問い合わせも外人だし。困りました。もう2度と使いたくない！返金できないのチケットが使えるかとか、年末期待しかない！

予約完了しEチケットのメールを待っていましたか1週間経っても届くことがなく、予約番号で航空会社に問い合わせるも予約されていない。キャンセル申請したが6割ほどしか戻らない。これは詐欺です。絶対に使わないでください。

i re booked my flight and paid it but they are asking me to pay again there are no contact numbers just a chat this is definitely a scam

I just requested a refund and I want to cancel that refund. But it’s not possible and I can’t talk to anyone. No contact details available. I found a telephone number and it’s not connected.

This app is definitely a scam. They made my booking, took my money and immediately after canceled my flights for no reason. They wouldn’t give me a refund and instead gave me a code to make another booking. But there’s no where to use the code. They will take your money and leave you without flights. The interface is terrible and full of bugs that make even trying to make a booking an incredibly frustrating process. This is a scam to steal your card details stay away.
