I placed an order, and payment was taken from my account, with everything appearing to be confirmed. However, the next day, I received a cancellation notice stating that due to an airline price increase, my order had to be canceled. No further assistance or apologies were offered. When I called customer service, I spoke with a representative who displayed the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She did not listen to my concerns and rudely informed me that my order was canceled due to the airline's price increase, then abruptly hung up on me. My question to your company is: If a customer wishes to cancel their order because the airline drops the price, will you accept that and provide a refund? Please try to empathize with your customers. When everything is confirmed and payment has been taken, it is unacceptable to cancel the order the next day due to price changes. Customers should not be penalized for airline price fluctuations. You must honor the price given at the time of the order. Additionally, please provide proper training to your staff on how to handle inquiries and communicate respectfully with customers.

Don’t use this apps, kinda scamming. Also the all of the customer service is so stupid while the answer always rude. How can We booked in Airpazz and they told us that my booking code is not under airpazz hahaha. Also the Customer Service is SO SLOW. BETTER USE ANOTHER APPS DUDE
I'm not receiving proper replies in the live chat. It takes more than 1 hour to get a response, and sometimes, while waiting for their reply, they end the chat, claiming there was no response from our side.
