Why does it take forever to update graphs. I receive CO2 warning, trying to figure out what’s the fastest way to change the air but it takes forever to update. The app should store locally the data points and then upload back home in batches.

Several issues. When the network has to reset (like looses power and then comes back online), the app throws and error on the device list view, even after reconnecting the device to the network again. Also, the Contact Us link says ‘Something’s Gone Wrong. Content could not be loaded’. This is after exiting the app. Logging out of my account and logging back in again, etc. not very graceful recovery if something goes wrong. Outside of that, the device status readings are nicely displayed. And the device was an easy pairing and setup out of the box.

Like the graphic/chart presentation you had before.

If the Bluetooth radio is first turned off, the app doesn’t detect when the Bluetooth radio is turned on. So sensors don’t sync unless app is relaunched. Please add a setting to turn off Haptics. It just wastes battery power.

Didnt like it in the beginning but got used to it now.

I like the app. It does what I need it to do which is tell me my radon levels. Being able to see the graphs from the old AP was helpful so hoping they get it onto the new app

The other app is better.

App is not as good as the previous version. The original version was much better and not so buggy. I upgraded to get my radon wave view to work but wish I kept the old version for the other two wave devices that worked much better with that app. Disappointed with connectivity with Alexa as it only sends Temperature to Alexa so I can’t run routines with the radon values to turn on my ERV when there is high radon levels.

Still a bit buggy. Shows old results unless you swipe close the app and restart. When I installed I could not change the name of “My Home” but later could. 4 stars because it works and just minor annoyances. So pretty good!

The app worked perfectly and now it just keeps losing Wifi and I’ve lost all the history???? Plus the new user interface is infinitely worse than the last one.
