Great sensors, poor mobile app
The new app has some small improvements but also plenty of new issues: no visible battery status, no 1year average, very lousy charts and generally poor usability. Notifications seem to be completely missing.
Can't get past the "Data & Privacy" Greenlight screen
Still I can't get past the "Give us the green light" screen - it continues to say "We were not able to save..." Have restarted - and now updated the app. Still no luck to use the app.

Matter Support
I really think that you have the best products and I rely on them everyday, however, where is the Matter support?? If adde the we (consumers) will be able to create powerful automations based on the data provided by you! E,g. Ramping up the ventilation system durum the day - when at work - if levels gets too high - the possibilities are endless. Thanks in advance.
Weird errors, unable to pair my device
Weird errors without proper error messages. I was unable to pair my device. Luckily, in the pairing dialog it links to the old wave gen 1 app, which works better.
Rather annoying interface, old app was better
The old Airthings app was better, with multiple graphs on the same page making it possible to identify correlations across different types of measurements. The old app had pinch zoom too. The auto averaging when switching to a larger time scale dismisses valuable information - frustrating. The overly thick lines makes it appear like an (expensive) toy (I get that readings are not accurate, but still).

Completely useless instructions on how to move the sensor. Outdated guides on the support page, and the app is very lacking in ease of use for this function. Would recommend finding another product
Where is the improvement over the old app?
Dissapointing.. No graphs Difficult to se last update from devices No link to online graphs Only a shortcut to sell more products Not for iPad You should not have sent an e-mail for this app… You have done better, and can do better :-) Best regards Brian 3 waveplus from 2020 and 2021. I thought it was a serius business, but now I am in doubt.
